  1. Pretty Paws

Posted by Mindy Armijo on 15th Jul 2020

Our two female cats who stay mostly indoors (only outside with supervision) recently started using one of our chairs as a scratching post and it was starting to get damaged. Nothing would deter them. They are going on their second week with the Soft Paws and while they still do the scratching behaviors on the furniture, the damage does not appear to have progressed. Both put up a good struggle when applying them. One of the cats doesn't seem very happy to have them on; she does pull them off with her teeth, but we keep reapplying. We are hoping she will start getting use to them. The other has taken to them really well, and does not seem bothered by them at all; we've not had to reapply any on her. It has also prevented her from trying to climb the wood fence and escape the yard when she has outside time with us. Not only are they helpful in preventing furniture damage and escape, they look adorable on their little paws.

  2. Best product ever

I have been using Softpaws since my cat was a kitten. They have saved me a lot of money by my furniture not being destroyed. They are really easy to apply and usually last a full nail cycle.

  3. Works Great!

This is pretty easy to apply. There is enough adhesive and tips to apply all of the caps. Caps usually last about 2 months on my cat

  4. Excellent Useful Products

Posted by Vicki on 22nd Mar 2020

Our Henry is currently in long term treatment for severe seborrheic dermatitis complicated with yeast infection. The resulting itch and consequent scratching further complicates matters with secondary infection. Soft Paws have eliminated this risk by a whopping 99%. Awesome product.

  5. They Work

Posted by Unknown on 22nd Aug 2019

This is my first purchase of soft paws and they work so far! My naughty cat still tries to scratch the sofa but no damage is caused! I hope they don't come off any time soon since putting them on my cats is a real struggle :')

  6. Very good but not that easy to put on

Posted by FJMR on 30th Jul 2019

I bought a pack of small and a pack of medium for each of my cats. The size descriptions are very accurate on the website. I managed to put on all the nails on my little female cat but she lost a couple right away. She is very skittish so once I had her on my lap, she was ok with me fiddling with her nails. However, she is small and so are the nails, so it is not that easy. I found it a bit hard to know if enough glue went in the nail or not. For my other cat, who is much more feisty and has bigger nails, it was a different story. I only managed to put on 3 nails and he actually lost 2 of them. I guess I have to keep trying and do it little by little.
With all that said, once they are on, the nails look cute and they are a lot less sharp than real nails. My little cat has a scratching problem and I do think that it prevents her from hurting herself, so it is worth the effort. I wish they came pre-glued or something to make it a bit easier to put on and to stay on.

  7. My cat's favoritr caps

Posted by Unknown on 29th Jul 2019

My cat has worn these for about 12 years now and softpaw caps have always held up. Product and customer service always top notch.

  8. On my 3rd set

Posted by Ann Korabik on 9th Jul 2019

My Tonkinese kitten is fine with me putting these on him. I'm on my 3rd set - just ordered the medium size. My advise is start putting them on when your cat/kitten is young - that way they get used to having them put on.

  9. So Far, So good

Posted by Unknown on 20th Jun 2019

It has been over two weeks and they are still on. He hasn't touched the new furniture. Very pleased so far.

  10. Easy to Apply!

Posted by Unknown on 13th Jun 2019

I recently ordered these, and instantly put them on my cat. Not only was the entire process of putting them on him easy, he hasn't caused any damage to my carpet and they don't bother him at all.
