Developed by a veterinarian, Soft Paws® nail caps are made in the USA using non-toxic vinyl. The nail caps are applied to your cat's claws using a non-toxic, cold-bonding, veterinary-grade adhesive, and are a completely safe and humane solution to cat scratching problems. Soft Paws do not interfere with the normal extension and retraction of claws, and most cats don't even know they are wearing them.

Economical Price
Only $19.95 per package for a 4 to 6 month supply.

Each Soft Paws® kit contains 40 nail caps, 2 tubes of adhesive, applicator tips, and easy-to-follow instructions. One kit contains enough for 4 front paw applications and each application lasts approximately 4 to 6 weeks, which makes each kit lasts approximately 4 to 6 months.

Small Size: (Approximately 6 months old — Approximately 6-8 pounds)

Some kittens at 5 months may need the small size if they are growing fast, or are large-breed cats.

Small-boned, adult cats often wear the small size. If your cat seems smaller than an average, full-grown cat, choose small.

I have used these for my other cats, however, the new addition is a "wild mam" they come off pretty quickly, it is not the product but the cat!! I am ordering another set within maybe 4 weeks lol

  2. Soft Paws nail caps are great.

We have a cat with allergies & she would scratch it so much it bled. We started using nail caps on her hind feet so she cannot damage herself. It works great. They are easy to apply & stay on until the nail grows out. We have been using them for 6 or 7 years. I would not buy any other brand because they are cheap knockoffs & are not high quality. I highly recommend this product.

Soft Paws nail tips have stayed on my cat longer than any other brand I have tried. They are easier to put on than any other brand I have tried. And, my cat seems to like them more than any other brand I have tried.

  5. Fits like a glove

This is by far the best quality kitty claw caps on the market. Easy to slide on. Key to these, start applying early as kitten. My cat let's me put hers on no problem.

  6. Tips to get these on

Posted by Jaye on 10th Feb 2021

I've been buying Soft Paws caps for my cat for the past few years, since we got him as a kitten. Unlike other cats I've had, he does not want to scratch on posts or other materials made for him. He wants to only scratch on my new furniture. So we tried these claw caps!

Let me say, getting them on him isn't the most fun thing in the world.
    What helps:
    1. Having the caps out on the floor ready to go, glue bottle with applicator tip ready to go too, Kleenex ready to dab off any remaining glue.
    2. Make sure you trim nails first. Gently "burrito" wrap up the cat with one paw out at a time.
    3. Squish glue around in the cap before applying. If you put too much and it oozes over the cat's nail, immediately wipe it off with Kleenex. This prevents any from sticking to kitty.
    4. And lastly, have cat's favorite treats out and give him one after every few nails.

Now my cat is far less cranky about having these put on, and my couches aren't damaged!

Not only this, the cat can still attack and cause damage if he was to get loose outside (I know this from him attacking me, lol). So it's a win-win!

I was desperate to try and get something like these nail caps for my kitten because she always tears at my bedsheets and carpet! I just moved into my new apartment and didn't want to lose my deposit. These nail caps from Soft Paws are absolutely adorable and they work great! she doesnt have issues scratching herself or me, or my furnature and carpet! These caps are a life saver. Ill be ordering more soon!

  8. Great Option

Posted by Erin on 3rd Mar 2020

We have enjoyed using SoftPaws. The caps fit snug and do not bother our cats at all. The caps come in so many different colours. I can't wait until our stock dwindles, so that I can pick out different colors for the next order. We have two cats and find that this helps save our furniture and carpet. I have had friends and family ask how I was able to "paint" the cats nails. This is a great product and a wonderful alternative to declawing cats!!

  9. Great Relief For My Cat

Posted by Florence on 6th Jan 2020

My cat has been having a chronic dermatitis problem for several months now and no vet is able to stop her from scratching herself to a point where she has no hair left and has scabs on her head and back from the scratching. One finally recommended to try SoftPaws. Since I've been using it, she scratches a lot less, her hair grows back and there are no more scabs. They are a bit challenging to put on depending on how the cat reacts but they are definitely worth it. And she is very cute with her pink and blue toes!

  10. Great solution

Posted by Unknown on 30th Jul 2019

Soft Paws are a great solution to many cat-related concerns. Our sweet cat chase our feet, play with the dog, and stretch on the furniture without drawing blood or stuffing. I recommend this product to anyone I know with a cat scratch problem.
