Developed by a veterinarian, Soft Paws® nail caps are made in the USA using non-toxic vinyl. The nail caps are applied to your cat's claws using a non-toxic, cold-bonding, veterinary-grade adhesive, and are a completely safe and humane solution to cat scratching problems. Soft Paws do not interfere with the normal extension and retraction of claws, and most cats don't even know they are wearing them.

Each Soft Paws® kit contains 40 nail caps, 2 tubes of adhesive, applicator tips, and easy-to-follow instructions. One kit contains enough for 4 front paw applications and each application lasts approximately 4 to 6 weeks, which makes each kit lasts approximately 4 to 6 months.
Small Size: (Approximately 6 months old — Approximately 6-8 pounds)
Some kittens at 5 months may need the small size if they are growing fast, or are large-breed cats.
Small-boned, adult cats often wear the small size. If your cat seems smaller than an average, full-grown cat, choose small.

I was skeptical about these at first, thinking they'd hurt the cats or they'd get them off quickly and the first time I put them on they faught me and got them off in a week but the second time they sat much better (I was probably better too) and they stay on around a month. I only put them on the front claws as that is what they scratch with. The second they were on the second time, they were pros and didn't act like they cared about them at all. This is my 3rd time buying them and I use them on 2 of my cats.

These are incredibly easy to put on, which is a blessing! After the first application I checked the next day to see how they were holding up, and my car had chewed off/lost 3. I re applied, and it's been 2 weeks now with no issues whatsoever. I would have never gotten my cats de clawed so this was the only solution to a huge problem of them ruining my furniture.. and it worked way better than expected and I'm very pleased.

I love softpaws. However my cat would say differently. She does not like it when I put them on her. But softpaws is saving my furniture and carpet, so she will have to get over it.

I have ordered these nail caps for our cat, who has never seen a scratching post of any description that she would liked, but furniture & carpet--oh, yeah! These caps save a lot of wear & tear on the furniture + keep kitties from scratching themselves. After several reorders, I decided to try a cheaper brand, but they were awful. I will continue to order Soft Paws, not only because they are the most effective, but also because they are made in the USA of all non-toxic materials. This is a safe & painless way to take care of the problem.

These do not hinder my growing kitten's play and has helped me establish a grooming pattern with him. He is able to use his scratching board and climb his scratching posts on his cat tree with no problems! Plus, it has saved my furniture, bedding, and curtains from any errant clawing. I would definitely recommend, especially for a kitten!!

This is a fantastic, humane alternative to declawing a cat. It keeps my precious bundle of fur from climbing my curtains and scratching my dogs, without having had to mutilate her feet!

At first they will chew them off but if you keep doing it, they eventually give up and leave them on. My cat experiences no pain and no discomfort and looks cute as hell. I wouldn't buy from any other site, because quality is what's important for my furry baby.

I am a cat mom and I'm completely against declawing my fur babies. I have sought out multiple alternatives to keep them from scratching and clawing at curtains, carpets, and furniture. Those did not seem to work so I gave these nail caps a try. They have worked out tremendously well. I check my cats nails once every two weeks and replace missing caps as needed. In the beginning they did not tolerate them well and tried to bite them off. However, now months after using them it has grown to be second nature to them. I will never not use Soft Paws nail caps. They have been the best thing for my new furniture and my feline babies.
