Developed by a veterinarian, Soft Paws® nail caps are made in the USA using non-toxic vinyl. The nail caps are applied to your cat's claws using a non-toxic, cold-bonding, veterinary-grade adhesive, and are a completely safe and humane solution to cat scratching problems. Soft Paws do not interfere with the normal extension and retraction of claws, and most cats don't even know they are wearing them.

Each Soft Paws® kit contains 40 nail caps, 2 tubes of adhesive, applicator tips, and easy-to-follow instructions. One kit contains enough for 4 front paw applications and each application lasts approximately 4 to 6 weeks, which makes each kit lasts approximately 4 to 6 months.
Large Size: (Approximately 14 pounds and up)
Very large-boned and large-breed cats wear large. Maine Coons, for example, are very large cats and generally wear large.
Note: "Large" refers to how big-boned your breed of cat is, not how obese your cat may be. Fat cats have the same size claws as slim cats.

The only alternative to declawing

Softpaws allows me to keep my big cat inside without declawing. He has worn softpaws since I got him and brought him inside after his first vet visit and neutering. I am amazed that he allows me to trim his nails and apply the softpaws without difficulty (or much fuss). Without softpaws, there is no way I could keep this huge, young and very strong cat indoors! I heartily recommend this product.

Softpaws were pretty easy to put on, (with help of another person). Kitties are trying to pick them off, and succeeded a couple of times. But it's their first set and they need to get used to them. Overall, very happy with product. Kitties cannot scratch each other, us or the furniture. Will buy again.

This product is amazing it's an absolute furniture saver :) and is much more humane then declaring your animal. I put them only on my cats front 4 claws and now he can't scratch anything definitely found a for life product thank you soft paws :)

I've used Soft Paws for years and they are really great. I only think there needs to be a 3rd glue in the package, as they dry out before I finish the pack of nails.

We have used this product for at least the last 15 years on the recommendation of our Vet. Easy to apply - tho most are rather indignant that they need to wear them - last long and reduce the destruction that they are known for.

this is the best product out there if you have a inside cat .... no messed up furniture and no cuts on your arms or legs after playing with your cat.

Our cats love to "knead bread" on our chests, but with their sharp nails, we would have to remove them from our chest cause the nails hurt. Now we are one big soft paw, cat family!

Awesome product - have used the competitors brands and like the original the best. Keeps me, the furniture and kitty herself from getting scratched. So easy to use, especially if start when she's a kitten. My girls are great with SoftPaws!

I have six cats, all of whom are proud wearers of soft paws. 5 medium size and one large size. Every cat wears a different color so it is so easy to see who has lost a nail cap.
