  1. So relieved I found these

Posted by LindaE on 4th Feb 2015

My cat, Alex, was one day away from being declawed. Despite not wanting to put him through that, I was at my wits end, as he was shredding my couch, my bed and even the carpet, pulling it up away from the wall. But as we drew closer to that day, the more nervous I became because I was having doubts about doing it at all. Alex has a history of reacting badly to vaccines, as they make him sick. They have to give him a special shot before the vaccines are administered to prevent the allergic reaction he develops. And because of that reason, I was terrified of having him put under for the declaw surgery, worried he may develop complications that he didn't REALLY need to go through. So in a last-ditch effort, I did some research for alternatives and came across your site. I read the testimonials and watched the video of how to put the nail caps on. Despite being skeptical that something like this would even work, an immediate sense of relief washed over me, that my kitty and I had options. I placed my order and called my vet, cancelling Alex’s appointment.
It was a little bit of a challenge putting them on, but I cradled him in my lap and occasionally distracted him by letting him play with my hoodie strings for a minute, which gave me time to grab another nail cap and add the glue. Then, while he was calm, I’d take his paw, gently push out his nail and quickly slip on the cap. It was a process that took a little time, but it wasn’t quite as tedious as I expected it to be, as Alex isn’t an affectionate cat in the first place, which means he hates being held. So I figured it would turn into disaster. But it went very well and his caps are on! Thanks so much for an awesome product.

  2. Best Pet Product

Posted by Elizabeth on 4th Feb 2015

We have now purchased 3 sets of these and we love them for our cat. The furniture looks better since we started using them, she doesn't hurt anyone, and best of all they are cute!

  3. Apartment Saver

Unlike the cheaper brands, the adhesive on this one is easier to use and reuse. Ended up having my kitten stop scratching my doors.

  4. Great product! Really helped with our cat's problem

    Posted by P on 27th Jan 2015

We are using Soft Paws with our cat for 18 months now and we are very happy with the product! Our dear cat Emma is scratching her head every now and then and injure herself. We apply Soft Paws on her back paws in order to cover her sharp claws and it works like a charm!
She don't mind having her Soft Paws on and we don't need to worry as much..
The colour and size variety is great and the customer service is brilliant.

Great solution for medical/behaviour problems as well as saving the furniture!

  5. New Must Have!

Posted by Malery & Quinn on 24th Jan 2015

My little fluff monster, Quinn, has ALWAYS been very reliant on her claws for things (more-so than other cats I've known). Unfortunately this led to lots of things getting clawed up (including me, not intentionally).

I got the medium purple ones to start with about 3 weeks ago. Quinn is 10 months old and just shy of 9 lbs. For the first week she wouldn't leave them alone. I had to replace about 5 of them. Now we're in week 3 and she seems to be used to them and I haven't had to replace any in over a week!

Things are already more peaceful/pleasant in my home, I will DEFINITELY reorder! <3 <3

  6. Save my cat's skin

Posted by Mizz Bassie on 21st Jan 2015

My cat is allergic and scratches herself constantly in spite of allergy shots and antihistamines. Her neck skin used to be raw and bleeding. We used to have her wear a vest to protect it. The claw caps keep her from hurting herself when she scratches and her skin is now intact except when she loses a cap. She fusses a bit when we put them on but it's no big deal and she can go au naturel now, yay!

  7. Thank You

Posted by Fanchon on 19th Jan 2015

I have a very persnickety cat that wears the mediums - half Siamese and half MaineCoon. And she is so sweet while I put these on, and then really doesn't seem to mind them once they are on. One time, I got a little hair caught in the cover, and that is the only time I noticed her paying attention to them. I trimmed it and all was well again. The covers stay on well and she looks so sweet! She is indoor only and these help save all our furniture. Thank you!

  8. Must have product

Posted by Dixie on 13th Jan 2015

If you are a kitty mommy or daddy you must have this product. Simple solution for clawing, needing discomfort, and saving your furniture or wood products in your house. This is a amazing alternative to declawing and anytime that I hear someone talking about declined their cat I rave about this product and try to convince them to order and use this product. I will never use another again nor will I declaw any cat. 5 stars and a big thumbs up!!!!

  9. Pawsaver!

Posted by Caroline on 11th Jan 2015

Wow, wasn't sure these were going to work or that our cat would tolerate them. He is a year old & really likes to use his claws on the furniture despite scratching posts etc. Have tried the sprays which didn't work & definitely don't believe in de-clawing so tried this as a last option. Very easy to put on although easier with 2 people. He tolerated them straight away & do not seem to bother him at all. He can still jump to the top of his tower so they don't seem to hinder him. They have been on for 2 weeks now. We got the bright red ones so they would be visible & easier to keep an eye on. Great product!!

  10. Easy as pie

Posted by Unknown on 9th Jan 2015

These are so easy to use and they stay on for weeks. Highly recommended. I bought red for my black cat and they look great.
