431. work well

     Soft Claws have successfully prevented my cat from damaging furniture and inadvertently scratching people. The medium size seems to be smaller than it used to be, however. Sometimes it's too tight to go all the way over my cat's trimmed claw.

     I love it! my cat used to rip up the carpet with her claws leaving big marks and she didn't respond to any of the other methods such as cat poles, citrus, covering the area with mats etc. But with soft paws I don't have to worry any more!

433. Our difficult cat seems pleased with caps

     My cat is very difficult. She doesn't like to be held or have her feet touched. We bought Soft Paws because we just bought new leather furniture and were afraid she would puncture it. She is declawed in the front and is an inside cat. After giving her a sedative (applying the caps without one would have been impossible) she actually let us apply the Soft Paws. Immediately after she tried to chew on them a little but then her sedative really kicked in and she forgot about them after sleeping. As far as I know she still hasn't messed with them and it has been 4 days since we applied them. I only gave them 4 stars only because it's been a short amount of time and I'm not sure how long they will last. Also, we did not clip her claws prior to application so this may affect how long they stay on. Even without clipping the claws they still fit good. I would recommend this product!

     I first purchased Softpaws when our 3 cats were kittens. After about 3 months they quit trying to claw the furniture!! I then got 2 more kitties and use the product on them. They still try to scratch but they are adults so this product has been wonderful!

     These work great and my cat doesn't mind them at all! Took maybe 10 minutes to put them on.
     
     Have had them on for 2 weeks now and we're still 10 for 10!

436. Neat concept, difficult application

     We refuse to declaw our cat and were really excited to try SoftPaws, but even after watching the How To videos and looking up info online, application was a nightmare and more than half of the tips were off in less than three days.
     
     Our cat was so traumatized by the first application we are waiting before trying again. I hope this ends up being more about user error and I can return with a better review. I simply love the idea of these!

437. Pretty good so far

     These seem to be working good so far on our two cats less than a year old. Placed on front paws only... had to replace 3 on one cat, 1 on another. They also did not stay on the dew claws of either cat. Not sure if they chewed them off or not. Both cats seem to be letting them alone for the most part.
     Unfortunately, we found some damage to a brand new sofa last night... I'm hoping its due to the uncovered dew claws. I will be replacing those tonight.
     The glue and tips are great... kind of wish my pack had more than 40 tips.

     The product arrived promptly. There is plenty of glue included, as well as tips for the glue. The caps go on easily and stay put. I'm amazed. A wonderful product!

     These are great! My grumpy cat keeps her claws, and they are pretty pink! My children's hands and faces are safer, plus my couch and bed to boot! Only downside is that the girth could stand to be a little wider on these - they don't slip on all the way, but stay on well enough. I do have a medium build cat, but perhaps next time I'll order a large size and see if there is a difference.

     We recently rescued a young adult cat. He is the most amazing cat but has some bad habits. Our other cat has never been a scratcher and I hate the thought of declawing so I was unsure what to do about our new cat. We tried softpaws and love it! Now we get to spend more time focusing on snuggles not scratching! Kitty doesn't even notice them and he looks stylish too!
