81. Takes some adjustment but worth the rewrds!

    I now have Soft Paws on two cats with two different personalities (one who doesn't even like being held) and after a few months their routine is up and running much more smoothly than some of my own routines, like my almost 20-year old contact lens routine, for example. I started with clipping one or two nails one day, then clipping the rest another day, and then attaching one or two SoftPaws, etc. I recommend putting the glue container with the applicator tip on in a sealed plastic bag in the refrigerator right after use so the cap does not dry out. I went through so many applicator tips at first I had to order a bunch of extras. And I got glue on my hands too. Just be careful and take your time doing it. It has become a bonding experience with the cats and I have gotten so good at it they rarely come off. I went through several packs learning how to do it but I am thinking one pack will get me through a few months with both cats now. tip: clear soft paws help you see that you are adding the right amount of glue but colored ones are easier to find if they come off (from not using enough glue).

82. Kitty Nail Caps

    These nail caps are fantastic. Our cat was tearing up the carpet & furniture, until we covered her nails. We switched to another brand & soon regretted it. That's when we switched back to Soft Paws. The fact that they are made in the USA out of non-toxic materials is very important to the health of the kitties. They are soft & flexible; the ends never wear off & kitty can''t chew them off once.

    Bella is a lively and playful girl. If not for her softpaws I am pretty sure the "boys" in my home who be very less tolerant of her. I have a much larger then her male Snowshoe and a larger then both of them Border Collie. Little Belle pushes them around a lot.
    The claw covers really do prevent injury from her rough play.
    She actually took to wearing them rather quickly. I am sure to speak softly to her will putting them on. I hold her for a bit after complete the application. Once all done I give her special treats. That only SHE gets and only AFTER the softpaws are on.
    She still can extent her claws to "scratch" the designated scratching areas like her big brother.
    The applications usually last for about 4 weeks. Some times I change them out for a different color for special occasions or holidays. Other times I just check her nails every so often and if its close to time I change them all. But if its to soon I just replace the missing one.
    I know for sure to change them when i her in tick-ticking while she walks.
    I high recommend softpaws for any clawed cat

    This product has saved my furniture and my skin! Plus my kitty tolerstes them very well. I read prior reviews before purchasing to learn tips for use, and they were all spot on! I can't believe this invention took so long!
    Do buy these and save your kitty's natural nails without the pain of declawing!!! They are so worth the time spent with your beloved cat. My cat and I bonded early on with this process because as a new kitten my sweetie totally adopted me as his mother and lets me groom him as needed ... And he purrs while I put them on!

85. great concept...need better glue.

    I heard about these and couldnt wait to buy them, get them and attach them to my kittens super sharp death claws.. They came quick, and are perfect, comfortable on her and easy to apply...however...they lasted 2 days MAX. Its expensive !! If they lasted a month OR if they gave you a hundred of these tiny plastic nail covers it would be worth it. We are going to try better glue..and hope they stay on long.

    I am currently using the kitten size for my young cat, and in order to prepare for his rapid growth, I purchased what I thought was the next larger size which is small. Upon examination of the small size, I quickly noticed that the "small" is actually smaller than the "kitten" size. I have had a busy schedule of late, and I have not had the opportunity to contact Customer Support. Am I missing something in understanding why "small" is smaller than "kitten" size? I don't know. The product is wonderful. Yes, my cat does lose a couple of nail caps per week, but he is a kitten. Kittens are VERY active, and I expected that he would lose caps due to his energy level. The ball is in my court, and I need to contact Customer Support for guidance.

    i have a very feisty, crazy kitten and these have really helped with scratching...us and the furniture. good alternative to declawing.

    I ordered the glam pack for my cat and they went on so easily and have stayed on for weeks. She doesn't even seem to notice they are there! And my door frames are safe from scratches!

    They stay on very well, and the kittens only seemed marginally huffy with them the first couple days (it would feel weird to anyone) but they quickly get used to them! And anything is better than declawing. This is a wonderful product, and my small fries are lookin fly.

90. Disapointing.

    I was disapointed because the soft paws that I ordered was shaped different than my last order. I don't know if its a Mistake or a new design but I
    definetly dont like it. It was harder for me to install.
