Product Description
Solve Your Cat Scratching Problems Using Original, Authentic, Soft Paws—Made in the U.S.A.
Developed by a veterinarian, Soft Paws® nail caps are made in the USA using non-toxic vinyl. The nail caps are applied to your cat's claws using a non-toxic, cold-bonding, veterinary-grade adhesive, and are a completely safe and humane solution to cat scratching problems. Soft Paws do not interfere with the normal extension and retraction of claws, and most cats don't even know they are wearing them.
Economical Price
Only $19.95 per package for a 4 to 6 month supply.
Each Soft Paws® kit contains 40 nail caps, 2 tubes of adhesive, applicator tips, and easy-to-follow instructions. One kit contains enough for 4 front paw applications and each application lasts approximately 4 to 6 weeks, which makes each kit lasts approximately 4 to 6 months.
Small Size: (Approximately 6 months old — Approximately 6-8 pounds)
Some kittens at 5 months may need the small size if they are growing fast, or are large-breed cats.
Small-boned, adult cats often wear the small size. If your cat seems smaller than an average, full-grown cat, choose small.

Saved from declawing
Posted by Autumn Elmer on 9th Aug 2016
My husband and I were tempted to have our two cats declawed due to scratched furniture and clawed skin! However declawing didn't feel right with the negatives outweighing the positives. We ran across this product and it has been a total life saver. The only negative... I wish they lasted longer!! It says 4-6 weeks, but for us the max has been only 2. Because of this I wish the price would be lowered a little. Overall though we are pleased.

They work great!
Posted by Christine on 14th Jul 2016
I had my vet put them on both the back and front paws. Within twenty minutes, she chewed off the back ones. The front soft paws have lasted almost three weeks at this point. It's great! She doesn't scratch me and my furniture is less scratched.

Have used for over a year
Posted by Harlee on 12th Jul 2016
I have gotten these for two different kittens I have raised over the last year, and it has worked great on both! They cannot scratch the furniture or each other, but they can still play and use all of the scratch and fun toys they have as if they had nothing covering their claws at all! They do not even notice them mostly.

Been using for 13 years

I swear by these things. I'm surprised so few still use these

size has changed?

I am a fan of Soft Paws but in my last order, I discovered that the caps are much smaller (for same ordered size S) than usual, which causes a problem of use. Maybe just this batch is wrong.

Fantastic product

I have been using this product for about 12 years. My cats are all indoor animals and soft paws means my furniture doesn't get wrecked. They still use their scratching poles so their needs are met without shredding things!!

Genius idea
Posted by Laurie on 25th May 2016
This is such a genius alternative to declawing! I bought pastel pink and baby blue for my cats and they do not seem to mind wearing them. My only issue is that I keep having to replace one to two nail caps every couple days. Otherwise I would have rated this product 5 stars.

Perfect

We are totally amazed! Really wasn't sure how Lucky would adapt to having the caps on! No problems at all. Nice to be able to pick her up and not get scratched and my husband's new chair won't get destroyed!

Waste of money, time and effort
Posted by Unknown on 26th Apr 2016
I bought these hoping to have an alternative to my cat's constant scratching. I've tried the training sprays, water bottles, almost everything short of declawing. I live in an apartment, and she has managed to scratch up a piece of carpet from constant scratching. She has a scratching post, yet completely ignores it and goes straight for the furniture. I'm at at my wits end. So I tried these nail caps. I trimmed her nails before putting them on. I knew she was going to have to get used to me putting them on. So I would try to put on one and leave her. Then continue on. Not only did she fight me every single time, but then would groom herself and bite them off. I gave her some more time then reapplied them. Yet again she would bite them off. Now, more than half of the supply I ordered two weeks ago is scattered around my apartment. I am very unsatisfied and will likely be taking her to the vet to be declawed.
